Pre-Production - Risk Assessment Sheet

The images below show the risks associated with my filming, as well as the severity of the risk and the likelihood of it happening, which when multiplied give a risk assessment out of 100, as it explains on the sheets.

From this you can see that there aren't an incredible amount of risks associated with shooting within and outside my house and that the most risky hazards are the stairs, the log burner and the three-point-lighting. But as you can see above, with every hazard, I will do everything possible to reduce the likelihood of the hazard affecting anyone during filming
